Hey there! I’m Nicole Nicolay, but friends call me NikNik. I’m a mom, a wife, a full-time REALTOR, a national speaker, a cycle instructor, a dance-gram giver AND a peanut butter lover. So why would anyone want to follow my Ironman journey you ask? Simply because it won’t be boring. I am authentically me and happy to share all aspects of my life. I think a lot of Ironman athletes and non-athletes can relate to me…we are all balancing several roles in our lives and trying to be the best version of ourselves. I believe an Ironman journey showcases how an individual who has the inner fire to be the best self (mentally and physically) in all areas of his/her life works hard to achieve that.

As a full-time REALTOR and founder of LoveLivermore.com, Nicole not only guides her clients in finding the perfect home to match their lifestyle…but also connects them with the community amenities and resources that will enrich their lives.
Growing up in the business, Nicole found her calling in real estate marketing. She traveled for nearly a decade training and speaking to over 200,000 agents nationwide. She created and delivered educational programs for nearly every major real estate brand, as well as for the National Association of REALTORS® . After both of her companies were acquired in 2013, Nicole joined the family business as a local REALTOR®.
Nicole’s love of her local community along with her passions for education and authentic marketing make for a winning combination in this real estate market! In fact, she co-founded the popular local group and movement “Love Livermore” in order to facilitate a greater sense of community and connection both online and offline. Nicole and Love Livermore were recently nominated for the “Good Neighbor Award.”
Nicole was awarded “Rookie of the Year” and is continually recognized as a top producing agent by the BayEast Association of Realtors for outstanding achievement in sales and service to her clients. She has also been named one of the 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate.
When Nicole is not utilizing her savvy tech skills to attract well-qualified buyers for her listings or showing property to her awesome clients, she can be found training on her favorite Livermore backroads and trails. Nicole is an Ironman All World Athlete, 7x Ironman, and Ironman World Championship finisher!
