30 Day +1 Core Challenge: Day 19

Day 19: Plank with alternating arm and leg lift followed by a tricep push up x10, PLUS 30 second plank with shoulder taps, 10 crouching tiger push-ups with power mountain climbers, 30 seconds of panther walk, and side plank with rotation x10 on each side….rock this entire core circuit 3x!

PS- Yep, today is HARD! But you know what’s also HARD…your abs and the strong core you are building. You are strong and you can do this! Modify as needed, but do it and let us know when you complete today’s challenge!
