Amanda may have gotten smoked out of being able to finish her first Ironman in Lake Tahoe, but that’s not keeping her from reaching the starting line. She is heading to Ironman 70.3 California to race her first Ironman in honor of her mom, Marianne Dean who has been battling cancer for 5 years.
