30 Day +1 Core Challenge: Day 5

Day 5: 30 second plank, 30 seconds slow mountain climbers, 30 seconds of “dead bugs”, 30 second right side plank, 30 second left side plank, and today we add 30 seconds of a superman to a push up…repeat for 3 sets.

PS- You got this! The good news….tomorrow is an active rest day with just 1 core exercise (no super set). And don’t forget to let us know when you’ve completed today’s challenge. “YES!”
